We still have stall space available if you would like to come and sell your products however our Food Stall site is full. We are always interested in having a variety of stalls, crafts and creations to make the Carrot Carnival a vibrant and interesting event.
Here is some information for you about our organisation of stalls.
Stall space is 2 metres x 2 metres. If you require double or triple stall space please indicate this on your application. The cost of a single stall site is $20.00. Stall space is limited and we ask that stall holders keep to within their allocated area. This will be checked on the day. You will be asked to reduce the size of your stall or pay extra fee should you exceed your allocated stall space. There is a discounted price of $20.00 per site for locals and charity organisations. To qualify as a local you must be living permanently in Ohakune, Raetihi or Waiouru. The person booking and paying for the site must be the person operating the stall on the day. You must send the money for the stall with your application form. You can print off an application form from the link on the right.
Once your fee is paid and the application is accepted, a site will be allotted to you and a receipt and confirmation of your site size, number and location will be sent to you. This fee is not refundable. Please bring your confirmation with you, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A SITE WITHOUT YOUR CARROT CARNIVAL RECEIPT AND SITE CONFIRMATION.
This is where you will find a carrot carnival 2008 street map. Our Stall Co -Ordinator will allocate a stall position and advise you of the details with a Carnival acceptance letter and street plan.
Get in early to have your preferred section. There is an information page about having a stall and a stall application form. Please read the information page carefully. Once you pay your site fee and sign the application form you agree to meet the requirements and responsibilities of being a stall holder.
The Carrot Carnival Committee is a small group of volunteers, who are donating their time and energy to making the day successful for the children, community and you. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any suggestions or questions.
